grace period after which your account will be deactivated. In order to
reactivate your account, you will be required to pay the total amount
due, plus an additional $10.00 re-activation fee.

not been received 7 days after your due date then your account will be
terminated. If you wish to continue service you will be required to
pay the total amount due, plus a reactivation fee of $10.00, plus a 2
months advanced deposit. The deposit will be
